About the project
Laval is a five-star resort under construction on a historic 165-acre estate in Pokolbin, designed by EJE Architects with interiors by Some Studio. The 65 pavilion-style villas include a Wabi Sabi Presidential Villa. The estate features vineyards, a 25-meter pool, Veraia spa (15 treatment rooms), restaurants led by chef Justin North, a 10,000-bottle cellar curated by Jon Osbeiston, and art installations throughout.
