About the project
Fujita Corporation is developing Alila Sengokuhara Hakone, marking Hyatt's first Alila property in Japan. Kengo Kuma & Associates handles architecture; SIMPLICITY leads interiors. All 60 rooms, including 11 suites, will feature private natural hot spring baths. The design follows the grasslands and forested ridges of Sengokuhara with views toward Mt. Kintoki.
