About the project
Ennismore is planning a summer 2026 launch for Mondrian Cancun on one of the last large sites in Cancun's Hotel Zone, overlooking Nichupté Lagoon. The 400-room hotel will be the brand's first all-inclusive resort, with 10 eateries, six bars including Allegra with Cancun's longest rooftop infinity pool, and Bungalow Beach Club with private beach access. Mondrian+ suites on upper floors offer terrace views and butler service. Murano Global Investments is developing 328 branded residences (1–3 bedrooms) in partnership with Ennismore, delivered fully fitted with an optional rental programme.
