V Orman Resort

Isra Holding is advancing Phase 2 of V Orman Resort in the Mudurnu district of Bolu. Rather than a single large hotel block, the developer spread the complex horizontally across sloped, forested terrain to preserve the landscape. Phase 1 (completed late 2023) delivered 70 triplex villas and 46 timeshare apartments alongside shared infrastructure including spa, sports village, thermal areas, and botanical gardens across 25 acres of built land and 40 hectares of recreation area. Phase 2 spans 45,000 sqm and includes standard, family, king, suite, deluxe and accessible room categories, plus spa, congress facilities, F&B outlets and retail. Facades use regional travertine and pine; interiors feature wood flooring in guest rooms and marble in corridors.
