About the project
Driftwood Capital broke ground in September 2024 on a 15.7-acre oceanfront site at 1300 North Atlantic Avenue. Gensler handles architecture and interiors, inspired by NASA's space program and local surf culture. EDSA provides landscape architecture. The resort includes 11 F&B venues, full-service spa, surf wave pool, 51,500 sqft indoor and 72,000 sqft outdoor event space, and 800-vehicle parking. Kast Construction is general contractor; Driftwood Hospitality Management will operate upon completion.
Why this project matters
One of the largest new-build resort investments on Florida's Space Coast, with substantial FF&E scope across aquatics, F&B, and meetings infrastructure.
